To preserve the off-roader’s distinctive silhouette, BRABUS developed a sophisticated two-piece soft top comprising more than 500 OEM-quality components. Featuring a heated safety-glass rear window, the roof opens or closes in just 20 seconds. An inverted “77” motif, dark signature stripes and BRABUS lettering are woven into the premium fabric.

When closed, the roof locks into the reinforced windshield frame and is supported by a carbon-fiber roof bow, additional roof framing and the exposed-carbon-clad “C-BOW” steel roll bar behind the rear doors. When opened, the rear section folds behind the seats and is protected by a tailored tonneau cover. Extensive development focused on acoustic insulation, reliability and weather sealing, with every vehicle undergoing more than ten hours of continuous water testing before delivery.

The BRABUS ROCKET EDITION widebody enhances the cabriolet with extensive high-gloss exposed carbon. Large front air intakes, an integrated spoiler, illuminated carbon-fiber grille surround and illuminated BRABUS emblem create a striking front appearance.

The profile is defined by 24-inch wheels, widened fenders, exposed-carbon details and LED-illuminated running boards. At the rear, exposed-carbon trim with illuminated BRABUS lettering and a dramatic widebody fascia complete the unmistakable BRABUS design.

The exclusive BRABUS Masterpiece interior combines black leather and Alcantara with meticulous craftsmanship throughout. Signature BRABUS “Shell” quilting features across the seats, door panels, footwells, luggage compartment and leather floor mats, while precisely perforated seat centers retain the climate-control functions. Red stitching, piping and “ROCKET RED” detailing across switches, vents, speaker grilles, handles and trim create distinctive contrasts.

High-gloss carbon trim and matching pedal pads reinforce the performance-focused atmosphere, complemented by illuminated BRABUS entry panels that coordinate with the ambient lighting. BRABUS “Easy Entry” hinges increase the rear-door opening angle to 90 degrees, while carbon-fiber paddle shifters feature integrated LED rev indicators. A 300 km/h speedometer further reflects the vehicle’s performance potential.

Each BRABUS 900 ROCKET EDITION CABRIO also includes bespoke accessories, including leather-trimmed vehicle keys and a color-matched BRABUS “Weekender” bag.

A blockchain-based Digital Product Passport integrated into the BRABUS Spec Plate provides verified documentation of authenticity, ownership and vehicle specifications, ensuring complete transparency and traceability.

The BRABUS Powerdome hints at the immense performance beneath the hood. At its heart is the BRABUS ROCKET 900 4.5-liter twin-turbo V8 increased-displacement engine, producing 662 kW / 900 hp and 1,250 Nm of torque, electronically limited to 1,050 Nm.

Built at the BRABUS high-tech engine facility in Bottrop, Germany, displacement is increased from 3,982 cm³ to 4,407 cm³ through enlarged cylinder bores, forged pistons, high-performance connecting rods and a precision-machined billet crankshaft. Two upgraded turbochargers with larger compressor units and reinforced axial bearings deliver up to 1.4 bar of boost, while BRABUS BoostXtra valves create a distinctive blow-off sound during load changes.

A specially calibrated stainless-steel high-performance exhaust system features 76-mm downpipes, metal catalytic converters, particulate filters and actively controlled valves. Drivers can select between a powerful V8 soundtrack in Sport mode and a quieter “Coming Home” setting. Side-exit exhaust tips ahead of the rear wheels are framed by exposed-carbon surrounds with ROCKET Launch Ambience Light.

Dedicated engine mapping ensures optimum performance and durability, with BRABUS recommending MOTUL lubricants throughout the powertrain. The BRABUS 900 ROCKET EDITION CABRIO accelerates from 0–100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds, with top speed electronically limited to 240 km/h.

WHEELS & SUSPENSION. AUTOSPORT EVOLUTION.

For confident, precise and safe handling on the road, the open-top BRABUS supercar is equipped with high-performance road tires and a specially developed wheel setup. The widened BRABUS fenders provide the space required for bespoke “PLATINUM EDITION” forged wheels, featuring a modern interpretation of the iconic BRABUS Monoblock II three-spoke design first introduced in the late 1980s.

At the front, 10Jx24 wheels are paired with 295/30 ZR 24 tires, while the rear features imposing 12-inch-wide wheels fitted with 345/25 ZR 24 tires. Exposed-carbon aeroblades add both a distinctive visual element and functional aerodynamic benefits, helping to control airflow around the rotating wheels and reduce turbulence in this aerodynamically sensitive area.

The BRABUS RideControl aluminum coilover suspension is specifically calibrated for the 24-inch wheel-and-tire combination. Developed by BRABUS suspension engineers in collaboration with technology partner KW, the system features front struts and rear shock absorbers with integrated cooling elements, precision-machined from solid material. Ride height can be reduced by up to 45 millimeters (1.8 in), while the damping characteristics can be adjusted through the standard Drive Select control.
