100% BRABUS. At the heart of the BRABUS CRAWLER is an exclusive chassis constructed around an exceptionally strong steel tubular frame. Combined with an open four seater body manufactured from high grade exposed structure carbon fibre, this unique construction takes the unmistakable BRABUS design language into completely new territory while providing the strength and stability required for serious off-road driving.

Inspired by the raw character of a modern desert racer, the CRAWLER features no conventional doors or windows at the front, sides or rear, creating an uncompromising open air driving experience. A carbon fibre roof panel is mounted directly to the steel safety cell, further reinforcing the vehicle while providing valuable protection from the sun when crossing demanding desert terrain.

Above the cockpit, a bespoke BRABUS carbon fibre roof element incorporates powerful LED high beam lighting to illuminate the route ahead after dark. At the rear, the distinctive BRABUS rear wing completes the exterior with an unmistakably sporting accent and further reinforces the CRAWLER's extreme visual character.

Interior. DESIGNED WITH PURPOSE.

Despite being unlike anything else in the BRABUS portfolio, the BRABUS CRAWLER receives the same meticulous attention to detail as every BRABUS Masterpiece. The purposeful four seat cockpit combines lightweight materials, exceptional craftsmanship and equipment specifically selected for extreme adventure driving.

Carbon fibre racing seats provide outstanding support and comfort for the driver and up to three passengers. Reflecting the distinctive appearance of the tubular chassis, each seat is upholstered in TechFX, a high tech material originally developed for the world of BRABUS Marine. Millimetre precise stitching demonstrates the craftsmanship throughout, while embroidered BRABUS “Double-B” logos feature prominently on each of the four headrests.

For navigation across unfamiliar terrain, the CRAWLER is equipped with a sophisticated GPS navigation system positioned directly in front of the co pilot. Specially compiled digital mapping can also be supplied on request according to the owner's intended area of operation.

Anodised aluminium components including the pedals, footrest and GPS mounting system provide a striking contrast against the extensive carbon fibre construction. Communication between all four occupants is handled by an advanced two way intercom system, compatible with dedicated communications equipment integrated into the four supplied BRABUS helmets as well as other suitable headsets.

Power & Sound. CONQUER THE DESERT.

The BRABUS CRAWLER delivers uncompromising BRABUS performance in its purest form. At its heart is the BRABUS ROCKET 900 hand built 4.5 litre twin turbo increased displacement V8 engine, producing an extraordinary 662 kW / 900 hp and transforming the CRAWLER into an adrenaline fuelled machine capable of accelerating from 0–100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds.

A maximum torque output of 1,050 Nm (922 lb ft) is transferred directly to the terrain through a nine-speed automatic transmission. The gearbox can operate automatically or be controlled manually using bespoke carbon fibre BRABUS paddle shifters mounted behind the steering wheel. Maximum speed is electronically limited to 160 km/h (100 mph).

The BRABUS high-performance sports exhaust system provides the soundtrack to match. Matte black tailpipes and actively controlled exhaust valves create an unmistakable V8 character, while allowing the sound to be adapted to the driving situation. Reduced exhaust backpressure also helps optimise engine breathing and power delivery, ensuring the CRAWLER performs as dramatically as it sounds.

Wheels & Suspension. ULTIMATE.

Engineered specifically for demanding adventures far beyond conventional roads, the BRABUS CRAWLER is equipped with specially developed 20 inch BRABUS Monoblock HD wheels. Manufactured using state of the art production technology, these heavy duty wheels combine exceptional strength with unmistakable BRABUS styling. Their signature finish completes the CRAWLER's purposeful appearance while ensuring the durability required for extreme off road environments.

The chassis features exceptionally robust BRABUS aluminium struts, developed specifically to withstand the demands placed on the CRAWLER's heavy duty suspension system. These components work in combination with fully adjustable shock absorbers, allowing both ride height and damping characteristics to be adapted according to the terrain.

The result is an extraordinary 53 centimetres (20.9 inches) of ground clearance, giving the CRAWLER the ability to tackle challenging dunes, deep tracks and unpredictable desert landscapes with confidence. Every component has been engineered to provide maximum capability while allowing the vehicle to be precisely configured for the conditions ahead.
